My name is Donald Pontious, and I am seeking to further my career in manufacturing. Primarily my career focus has been in production planning, scheduling, purchasing, procurement management, production management, contract administration, logistics, supply chain, as well as employee health and safety. All of these functions have been performed in the food, automotive, electronics manufacturing, construction, and petrochemical industries. My overall work experience of over 30 years has given me a multitude of skills covering contract management, production planning and scheduling, logistics and supply chain management of all kinds, purchasing, shipping, receiving, EH&S, insurance, and accounting. Along with my strong skills in these areas, I offer significant business experience of over three decades, in addition to having helped to start and grow two small, independent businesses.
