  • Created the concept of " SleepPros" . A mattress store that distinguishes itself apart from it's competitors through our professionalism and level of service.
  • Established business plan, established training program to ensure SleepPros could serve guests to the standards of leadership. Sourced our product line and built relationships with our vendors, negotiated our terms and pricing on our products, designed the showroom both in appearance and functionality, designed logo, designed advertising to drive business, worked with COO to design website and coordinate social media outreach

  • In my first two months with company, was able to deliver twice what full time quota was for qualified meetings, in spite of the fact that was supposed to be my ramp up period. The first month represented a first place finish in qualified meetings amongst the SDR team.
  • Due to my early success, and my background in face to face sales Avetta sent me to ASSP conference in Chicago during my third month of employment to help represent their business in person. This was a wonderful opportunity as I got to meet most of the leadership team and had an opportunity to sell the product itself as opposed to setting meetings for AEs to sell the product.
  • I was selected for various project by leadership, due to my willingness to help the team, and my proficiency at my job duties. These projects included supplementing training for new hires, testing new dialers, call coaching for peers, helping establish best practices for SDRS, and working the " long tail" of the sales cycle where we helped our current clients onboard their own suppliers/ vendors into our program.

  • I began working at the Mathis Brothers owned franchise group of Ashley Homestores as a sales person in 2015.
  • As a sales person I was responsible for managing my quotas, metrics, and my own customers satisfaction. Became a member of the "Magnificent 7" which when I left was a "Magnificent 20" as the company had grown so much.
  • Promoted to Team Lead/ Trainer in 2017.
  • Helped to source, interview, and develop new sales people as they joined the team.
  • Supplement the management team in developing existing sales team by encouraging best practices, leading by example, and encouragement.
  • After many attempts, and willingness to relocate, was promoted to Sales Manager in 2019.
  • Took over several struggling sales teams and quickly brought them to an elite level of proficiency.
  • Salespeople I managed consistently moved up within the company. Several still hold management positions in the company today.
  • I have found I was very talented at giving a sales team a road map for success, empowering them with the tools to achieve their goals, and finding ways to inspire sales teams to push themselves to reach their potential, not for my sake but for their own desire to be the best they can be.
  • Strong ability to " coach in the moment" and use a sales persons own experience, or portions of their process to show a sales rep how best practices could increase their success level.
