I haver been working in nature since 1993 ,when I entered the California Conservation Corps .I have re- landscaped my front yard to include rock wall,a serene pathway ,Japanese maples and I am currently working on a water feature that is installed but  needs a pump and electricity .I recently took my daughter fishing for the first time but we forgot the bait but we caught a "sea -branch " anyways .

I am good at seeing where the cracks exist in an organization and am getting better at having a vision of how I will serve in order to bring conformity to an efficient and effective and sustainable company culture etc.
