• I have experience in different types of trucks. My job at paradigm required me to mainly operate "straight trucks / moffett " set ups. I was required to build loads which included osb plywood, lumber , brick and shingles . Securing each load for safe transport. Also offloading each delivery safely and in a timely manner. Started as a concrete laborer. Then became a concrete form setter and finisher . Eventually I became foreman, overseeing a crew of 11 employees, utilizing each employee according to each employees skills and abilities. Working with both city and state inspectors insuring each task was completed according to both state or federal specifications depending on the project. Coordinated with other trades that were also working on the same jobdites, whether it be carpenters, plumbers , electricians, striping or asphalt. Making sure we were all able to complete our certain tasks without being in each other's "way" as to not "hold up " other tasks that needed to be done. I was also in charge of keeping Track of of each crew members time each week making sure the hours were correct and put towards the correct task performed by each crewmember. My job as a " concrete fireman or superintendent was to make sure each project was completed in the most timely manner possible insuring each job was completed both as efficiently and safely as possible. I operated various forms of heavy equipment during my employment with Simon Contractors. Which included but was not limited to. All forms of front end loaders including skid steers and Bob cats. Back hoes and excavating equipment as well as different compacting equipment such as "rollers" "jumping jacks" and " sheep foot".

Eventually Simon Contractors stopped doing concrete and eventually focused mainly on aggregate and asphalt. When they. Made this change is when I obtained my commercial drivers license and got into the "trucking" side of my career. Hauling both sand and gravel. Hauling asphalt for various paving projects. Driving dump trucks. Side dumps and belly dumps . My cdl endorsements include both doubles/ triples as well as tanker endorsements.
