- Direct the Safety and Security operations for the Rockland Psychiatric and Rockland Children’s Psychiatric Center, thirteen outpatient clinics, as well as the Middletown and Hudson River campuses.
- Manage the Security Manual, Fire Safety, Hazmat, Safety, and Security (STEP) Environment of Care plans and evaluations, as well as the Emergency Management programs for both Hospitals.
- Chair the Rockland Children's PC and Co-Chair the Rockland P.C EOCC committees.
- I have led my areas of responsibility in 13 Joint Commission Surveys, two CMS surveys, and multiple external reviews.
- Workplace Violence Liaison for RPC from 2014-2022. Continue as the RCPC liaison.
- Liaison with local, county, and state agencies.
- Create and teach the annual EOCC training material, including the test.
- Included in the Executive Cabinet's weekly meetings.
- Act as the DFAS when he is out or on vacation, or on leave. Includes, directing, and managing the other support supervisors. Attend a wide range of meetings as the designee with authority to make decisions and/or take action if needed within the Support Services.
- Write governing body reports quarterly for all of the Environment of Care, except infection control and medical equipment.
- Know and have working relationships with OMH ASSG and Quality Management
