- At end of last full year the Agency had 31 outstanding bond transactions with a balance of $390 million
- Served as Chairman and provided board and staff services to the Onondaga County Empire Zone Administrative Board
- Prepared, presented and defended annual budgets for the Office of Economic Development to legislative committees and gave presentations as required on the activities of the Office and Agency to the County Legislature Planning and Economic Development Committee
