Level 1 Volvo Auditor using Prevost and Novabus quality standards, checklists, drawings and specifications, attend Global Audit team sessions, maintain enhanced driver license and passport for travel. Provide training to Quality technician for process and Product audits with use of company requirements and technical specifications. Provide training to Prevost final control team members for point scoring and use of object and remark coding(for 2016 OD project). support team members as needed to meet on-time completion of product and process audits including product auditing, remark grouping and scoring of audit findings, road test, report preparation and scheduling meetings. use of special tools and test equipment to complete FMVSS( Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard) audits including sound meters, brake testers.
