• Started on 2500 sq ft new tribal office building worked for a whole month and return after freeze up. Post and pad, floor system, got to dangerous to install trusses- needed escuator to start walls and beams. Had 5 man crew- 3 carpenter and 2 laborers- will continue next spring 2025. We worked 6 days a week 10 hours a day =wages $ 56.00 an hour, predium and stypen.

AVCP-RHA worked from 2010-2023 as a construction superintendent. Worked in multiple villages- local hire for the constructing 3 and 4 bedroom low income housing. Also Tri-plexes in Chevak was the 3rd supervisor and finished 4 tri-plesas. I had a 26 employee crew. AVCP Policy is subsistence priority two separate years i supervised 3 villages in kalskag, croooked creek aniak, chuathbaluk, and crooked creek- 1 in aniak, 1 in chuathbaluk, 1 in crooked creek. Traveled by boat to the villages all summer long. starting pay was $46.16 an hour

YKHC constructing clinics and finished working on 2 sub-regional building. Completed 3 clinics in Kalskag, Chuathbaluk, and Kwethluk-when i first started i had repolaced a superintendent and traveled to multiple villages completing clinics, 2 years later i moved to bethel to reneovate hospital. 3 1/2 years while it was operatinal- 1998-2010-
