Skilled Infusion Nurse, with 26 years of experience, that coordinates and administers infusion activities to deliver compassionate patient care to meet standards of practice. Coordinates and performs infusion nursing care for patients in clinical and hospital setting and works cooperatively with patient, family and multidisciplinary team to establish priorities and goals of patient care. Monitors patient and processes to identify areas for performance improvement to enhance quality of care delivery and improve patient outcomes.

I've worked in a variety of settings. I draw upon my time as a Combat Medic in the Army, in which , I was given the opportunity to take on a lot of challenges. With this mindset, I have obtained many certifications from TNCC to OCN and I enjoy taking from my experiences to help patients, as well as other staff better understand their treatments and why its happening. I'm at that stage in my career, I feel I can contribute to the mentoring of new RNs.
