Segregate, Palletize, Stage, and load onto trucks reels of fiber optic cable from respoolers. Transport larger reels to flatbed yard to await shipment. Also housekeeping and other duties as required.

Loaded incomplete truck package bearing assemblies onto conveyor for processing. Also packing finished bearings in plastic crates for shipment and scanning each pallet as it was completed.

Assemble, square, weld, grind smooth, and transport to paint dept. Hollow Metal Door Frames. Also transported completed doors and frames to customers

Installed circuit boards, transformers, power supplies etc. in Building Control Panel Boxes.

PUNCH PRESS OPERATOR-

Punching out metal screens from bulk material. Check product for defects, segregate finished parts and transport to shipping or welding dept. as needed.

MACHINE OPERATOR-

Machined housings for LP Gas Regulators. Check parts visually, and with dial indicators and calipers for correct tolerances. Record results on computer and pack into boxes.

Use welder, angle grinder,tape measure , chop saw, etc. to Fabricate Production Line Parts and also Repair Parts to be sent out to dealers and Repair Technicians in the field. Also assembled Trailers and Trucks for patching potholes in roadways.
