Diverse background including boxing and machine operation, quickly progressed from line leader to foreman. Prioritizing safety and proud to be an integral part of the team. Responsible for overseeing approximately 250 individuals as one of only three foremen on all shifts. Ensuring smooth operations and assessing team member effectiveness is crucial. Strong sales experience for 27 years, building relationships with customers and managing own route. True passion lies in being a disciplined worker and man, learned through military service. Participated in Chrysler AAA Troubleshooting Contest during high school, achieving second place nationwide and earning a scholarship to Ohio Auto Diesel Tech. Had to forfeit scholarship due to enlisting in the Army, but proud moment that fueled love for this field. Turning a wrench brings immense joy and satisfaction, making it the perfect vocation.
