Summary

I am currently unemployed as a Telemedicine consultant for MAT and Opioid Addiction clinic past 2.5 years. The clinic informed me yesterday of going to on-site visits only. ! am currently 69 years old and previous to 6/2020 had a very busy sole proprietorship general practice x 38 years. Due to complications of covid, I had to close my office practice due to ongoing residual mobility issues. I am fully vested in Suboxone licensure and have reached maximum allowed monthly patients of 250+. I have worked from my home this past 2.5 years and have found it very rewarding and benefitting many people in need. I am an old school physician, well trained and still very much desire to continue part time practice, preferably utilizing Telehealth platform. Could work maybe 1 day in local urgent care or overseeing NP's/PA's. I am in excellent standing with The TN state Board of Medical examiners. SVMIC malpractice insurance Co, DEA with full prescribing allowances, CAQH . Very interested in employment as described.
