· 2+ years’ Inbound Call Center experience including medical provider ride scheduler and technical support for cable and internet customers
· Experience providing excellent customer service
· Answered an average of 40 calls per 8 hour day by answering questions, responding to inquiries and handling request by phone. Asked open-ended questions to assess customer needs.
· Experienced and qualified in interviewing, gathering information, and data entry through multiple programs simultaneously to obtain information about potential customers
· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
· Experienced in training, teamwork, communication, and leadership with the U. S. Army
· State of Arizona Driver’ License – no violations
