Completed three 13-week contracts with facility and one contract at Tristar Centennial Women's and Children Hospital in Nashville, TN.

Travel RN Operating Room contract completed with Blake Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, FL. Three consecutive contracts with Broward Health Coral Springs, FL. and Ochsner Health LSU Shreveport Level 1 Trauma Center in Shreveport, Louisiana and Lawnwood Regional Medical Center in Fort Pierce, FL. Competent in circulating multiple specialties for all ages. No Open Heart experience.

Employed as permanent staff in Main Operating Room for General specialty. Tendered resignation within 90 days of hire.

Travel RN for Operating Room on assignment as supplemental staff at Memorial Hospital South Bend in South Bend, Indiana Level One Trauma Center. Primarily circulated general surgeries and ortho on evening shift. Indiana. Also supplemental staff for Indiana University Health-University Hospital in Indianapolis, IN for two contracts.

Maintained safety of surgical client, assisting anesthesia provider as needed, complete documentation of procedure, handling specimens obtained during procedure and monitoring charges of supplies utilized for case.

• Travel RN Surgical Services Travel assignment in US Virgin Islands as staff OR RN. Duties included providing direct patient care to patients in hospital setting as supplemental staff. Primary role was OR Circulator.
