• Managing a tablet and a phone for work orders. Creating my own routes,Establishing drivetime ,worktime , andNTES through Corrigo and Workday.
• Doing preventative maintenance facility inspections and repairs to put the facility in great condition.
• Working on rooftop unit packages, heat pump rtu , mini splits,gas/electric. As well as WSHP units. consisting of brands like carrier Bryant super comfort, York, American standard and Trane.
• If repairing on units, I have troubleshooted to repair a control board , capacitors, contactors, blower motors, fan motors, inducer motors, electrical heat strips, compressors, and high limit, and low limit switches
• Working on plumbing areas such as checking the water heater for preventative maintenance checking the points to ground, as well as checking for voltage. inspecting the bathroom faucet, kitchen, faucet, toliets, urinals and PVC plumbing or pipelines underneath and repairing all that is gone bad.
• Inspecting for electrical hazards, any arc flashes in the breaker. Installing new lights throughout facilities, as well as installing a new ballast if needed.
• Making sure work orders are done and timely fashion, or increasing the NTE if I need more time, making sure my work is done, proficiently and up to par for OSHA

• plumbing, drywall ,HVAC and electrical doing “make ready” renewals of the apartments in (3 day minimum )
• That includes repairing outlets, GFCI vent and return vents replacing the CO2 detector and smoke detectors, painting the walls
• troubleshooting the furnace unit troubleshooting, plumbing for any leaks or corrosion on plumbing parts,
• changing out windows and screens, and becoming a certified pool operator to service the pools chlorine in compliance to OSHA code of conduct
• Making sure my work orders were done in properly time management and enforcing work order request for the facility having any problems that we’re not notified and making sure the facility was safe and clean.
• Conducted routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety compliance.
• Assisted in preventative maintenance tasks to extend equipment lifespan and reduce downtime.
• Collaborated with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective.

• Apprentice turned HVAC installer, I learned how To uninstall a condenser and install a new condenser very quickly
• The requirements being shutting off power first recovering my refrigerant to my recovery tank cutting out my disconnect and upgrading or just installing a new disconnect,
• visualizing and sizing my disconnect and whip, being inserted back onto the house
• checking and making sure my refrigerant is recovered and thencutting my refrigerant lines out
• creating a new leveled surface for my condenser pad using a level and putting the new condenser on the Condenser pad
• figuring out my 3/4 copper line and 3/8 line set with angle parts to ensure that I have a perfect fit to the condenser from the refrigerator lines coming from inside
• Brazing my lines in and checking with my mirror to make sure they are sealed going inside to help the journeyman with anything that is needed for the furnace while leaving my condenser on a vacuum and then adding my refrigerant to my lines and checking my electrical connections.
• Working well with others on the team and becoming more proficient for myself and the company.
