  • Led a team to improvement of moral by stream lining clean room processing standards, thereby increasing their efficiency ratings 50%
  • Department has been accredited by NYS Joint Commission for the second time under my lead in 3 years
  • Vendors are now in 98% compliance with Catholic Heath policies for surgical trays since the beginning of 2024 when I became liaison. This has led to an uptick in moral via the elimination of undue stress on sterile processing teams, surgical teams and patient safety. Delay of cases has decreased by 100%.
  • Used Microsoft Excel to develop inventory tracking spreadsheets for immediate use instruments. In graph form it will clarify the need for new instrument trays procurement vs. stream lining as needed only. The savings could be immense through the hospitals.
  • Proud to note that when at Sears Roebuck, I was able to decrease internal accidents by 100% for one solid year by diligent training and rewarding compliance. There after, internal accidents were one per year at most.
  • The team that I mentored at Sears had such a strong presence that were were able to decrease theft by 47% externally and 100% internally within a 3 year span.
