  • Developed and led the human capital strategy for AHN Wexford's new patient-centered 160 bed facility (new build). Outcomes included exceeding financial targets, winning three awards of excellence and a LEAPFROG grade of A. Exceeded all monthly operating review metrics for 2023 and three of the six by double digits. My plan was successfully scaled across the network at the request of the AHN president.
  • Developed a human capital strategy for AHN's Digital, Virtual & IT organization involving a full transformation of the organization. This was completed adding no additional cost to the business while setting the organization up to execute their strategy.
  • Led a spans & layers initiative for the Allegheny Clinic Institutes reducing administrative costs by $4.6M in Q1 2024.
  • Developed an engagement strategy resulting in 43% change increase in engagement survey participation at Canonsburg Hospital and increased Jefferson Hospitals engagement rate from 33.3% to 4.45%.
