Manager of a 10-bed Post Anesthesia Care Unit: Responsible for daily management of Phase 1 recovery of adult and pediatric patients. Duties included: scheduling of nurses and ancillary staff, provide productivity reports to OR Director; worked with vendors to develop capital budget requests; training and orientation of new staff; development of unit specific policies and procedures to provide patient-centered care and comply with the American Society of Perianesthesia.

Master Trainer: Assisted with training and implementation of computer documentation and training of hospital staff. (Nursing documentation in the OR Module, Electronic Medication Administration (EMAR).

Collaborated with inter-disciplinary teams to improve Emergency Room (ER) through-put.
