• Serve on various parish committees as directed by Pastor.
• Evaluate and determine possible outreach programs with the parish and the community as a whole.
• Oversee Parish Website and coordinate with web domain with web designer.
• Contact for the various Ministers Chairs
• One of the 24 hour emergency contacts after hours
• Coordinate and Order needed supplies when requested
• Supervise when needed and provide direction to various parish groups
• Prepare agreement compliance and optimizes contractual obligations for the grounds
• Develop long-term strategic plans for the parish involvement with community and self
• Manage office supply inventory and provide administrative assistance as needed
