Providing individual, family, parent and collateral sessions utilizing EBT to include CBT, TF-CBT, MI, Psychoeducation and BSFT as modalities.

As an MFT Intern, with a CASAC T, my role was multifaceted.

Participating in the intensive family program a weekend long program involving family members in the treatment process as well as working individually with clients on my caseload.

Facilitated therapeutic groups and functioned as Co-Lecturer in the psychoeducational forum for clients and families.

Conducting biopsychosocial evaluations in a thorough and complete manor allowing colleagues on the treatment team to effectively utilize information crucial for positive treatment track placements and outcomes.

Provided 1:1 nursing care, for ventilator dependent infants and children transitioning from in patient to the home setting. Provided parent and caregiver education and training specific to needs, including trach care, suctioning, ventilator maintenance and respiratory treatments, chest pt, medication administration, NG Tube management, GI Tube management and sterile dressing changes.

Coordinated transplant of solid organs; Heart, Lung, Heart/Lung, Kidney, Bone Marrow/autologous and allogeneic. Collaborated with many Centers of Excellence around the Unites States.

Participated as part of the transplant team for NCI trial of Autologous bone marrow transplants for Breast cancer treatment trial protocol.

Provided staff education related to disease processes and various transplant protocols.

Provided renal dialysis treatments to individuals in ESRD.

Provided patient teaching and patient and family education around ESRD, fluid management and diabetic teaching.
