Daisy Award recipient and nominatedfor 6 years in a row

Over my 40 years of nursing I have always I have always focused on Direct Patient Care- My philosophy is very simple- treat all individual's as you would want to be treated. When patients come to an Emergency Department they have no other choice and are in need of services at a stressful time in there lives.

Daisy Award recipient and nominated for 6 years in a row

My 40 year nursing career has always focused on treating all people with the same respect and dignity you would want yourself or loved ones to be treated.  I believe I have accomplished this by being nominated for the Daisy Award for 6 years in a row including recipient. The Daisy Award is a nursing award that is based on submissions by patients/families recognition to nurses who provided direct patient  care and left a lasting impression of caring and compassion.
