- In Stop and Shop I have learned many things. I started off as a cashier and from there I was seen as a vital team member. I learned to work the sales floor, courtesy clerk, attendant at self-scan, customer service, and front-end management. In 2023 I was promoted to department lead of the online shopping department. I then managed a team of 12-15 employees and fulfilled more than 300 orders weekly.
