Management Analyst
- Serve as Government Travel Charge Card liaison between Citibank, travelers, and senior leaders
- Plan, develop and conduct analysis of command-wide travel card program utilizing Citibank Financial System to keep track of traveler’s active accounts and to reconcile monthly reports
- Manage and maintain a computerized database for over nine hundred Government Travel Charge Cardholders (GTCC) in the organization
- Responsible for preparing manuals, briefings, and training employees in the use of the GTCC program to include filling out forms, following rules and procedures for compliance with the organizational policy
- Communicate daily with the sponsored bank for salary offset, suspension, cancellations, mission critical assignments and closures with regards to the GTCC
- Responsible for controlling credit lines, activation, or deactivation of accounts
- Perform analysis of GTCC reports to monitor debts, delinquencies, personal use, or fraud and recommend solutions or alternative methods of proceeding to the NELO IG and Finance Lead
- Document findings of study and prepare monthly GTCC Report
- Maintain command level below 1% delinquency threshold by monitoring and managing card use.
