  • The General Clerk III-Service Order Dispatcher (Work Control) position primarily receives, records, and distributes work orders to service crews upon customers' requests for repairs and maintenance
  • This is a highly responsible and detailed clerical position essential to the successful completion of the operations
  • Work involves proficiency in the utilization of Maximo (an online government database program), distribution of information and messages by direct personal, written, or telephone contact
  • Work is performed under general supervision according to established procedures
  • Must be knowledgeable in current office equipment and standard business computer programs and proficient in Maximo
  • Records information, such as name, address, article to be repaired, or service to be rendered
  • Distinguish tickets in the query and assigns them to the correct department
  • Prepares work orders and distributes to service crew, schedules service calls and dispatches service crew
  • Relay messages and special instructions to mobile crews and other departments using a two-way radio
  • Schedules and dispatches all preventative and cyclic maintenance work orders as well
  • Inputs technician's time and notes in the ticket
  • Close out tickets by putting them in a completed status with detailed notes for documentation
  • Calls or writes the customer to follow up and ensure satisfactory performance of service
  • Troubleshoot any discrepancies or researches complex work orders when necessary
  • Keeps record of service calls and work orders by maintain proper filing of completed work orders
  • Communicate regularly with Public Safety, EMS Personnel, Fire Department, Public Works and other agencies to assist mechanics with gaining access to buildings
  • Operates standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and copiers.
  • Assists in compiling reports related to DSC-EMI's activities
  • Interacts with vendors in matters regarding supplies and material orders

My job is to meet the Psychosocial needs of all patients. Prior to admission I review all clinical records and choose appropriate room for patient. I test each resident for cognition, mood, and behaviors and referrals of expected to return home. Speak with patients concerning Advance Directives, Power of attorneys and living wills. Assist with these as needed. I am the Advance Care Planning Champion and the Pruitt Health Premier Champion . I schedule all hearing , vision, and dental appointment as needed and follow up. I complete daily rounds of patients. I do systems checks monthly. I'm the behavior manager. I place residents on program as needed. I do all filing for eye Doctor, Geriatric Psych program, and dentist. I work with Sowega council on aging for patients appropriate to return home. If a transfer is needed I send all required documentation and communicate with receiving facility. I do all admission, 5 day, 14 day, 30 day, 60 day, 90 day, quarterly, significant change and annual assessments on paper and in computer. I speak with families about hospice referrals as needed. I do the Town Hall Meeting monthly with all required documentation. File grievances as needed. Wandering and Elopement manager. I do all paperwork and communication with residents

and families of a room change as needed. I'm in morning meeting, Clinical Start Up. Post Acute Care meetings, Care Plan Meetings. Emergency family meetings. I complete all continuing education courses on Pruitt University. Any residents that are at a risk of harming themselves or others I gather all data and get appropriate placement to meet their Psychosocial needs. I do all shopping for residents at their request.
