I handle sales, client retention, networking and anything else my employer needs. I have done evaluations, troubleshooting and provided lunches and breakfasts for presentations. We have residential, multifamily and commercial clients that need our restoration and carpet cleaning services. Client retention is very high on my to do list as return business is also what keeps us going. While working with the public, I am totally aware of how important building relationships can be. I also worked for this company when it was D&S Carpet cleaning for 3 years.

Branch manager of this company which was a staffing company for the multifamily industry. I had two employees who handled getting candidates for the positions, while I was outside sales, getting clients and networking with property mgmt companies.
