At Raymond James & Assoc, working as a Project Specialist I spearheaded project and operations management, enhancing stakeholder satisfaction and operational efficiency through expert problem-solving and teamwork. As a Project Specialist I worked closely with end users, management, IT and the Project Manager to ensure a successful implementation of new or updated systems as well as automation of existing procedures.
As the Supervisor over the Voluntary Corporate Actions area, I ensured that all voluntary events were being processed accurately and met assigned deadlines. Client elections were compiled and submitted properly to ensure client is paid properly.
I also managed a Call Center for the entire Corporate Actions department. This group fielded all calls relating to the various corporate actions impacting current shareholders.
Raymond James holds an annual awards banquet to honor managers who provided excellent customer/management support. After the many hours of requirements, test cases, UAT testing and finally implementation, they awarded me with a management support award. It was a great feeling to know how much I was appreciated for all of my hard work.
