  • I work daily with ODAG management, providing support to the Office Manager, Chief of Staff, Principal Associate Deputy Attorney General, and Deputy Attorney General.
  • I support the Office Manager and Chiefs of Staff in HR matters by receiving personnel management action requests for obtaining ODAG approval on detail assignments, hirings, pay increases, scheduling interviews, etc. I welcome new staff, prepare onboarding binders, and ensure new staff's offices are equipped with all they need to perform their jobs, i.e., furniture, computers, desk phones, cell phones, office supplies, and necessary resources. I coordinate with the Executive Support Group (IT) to ensure schedules are in place to support incoming new staff access to the server for computer and phone access, as well as Microsoft apps (emails, calendars, docs, etc.), and other government apps. I assist with exiting staff, ensuring the necessary equipment and devices are returned, and the necessary paperwork is complete and signed as appropriate prior to their departure.
  • I support the Office Manager as Security Program Manager (A) by processing clearances and access cards (IDs and access for DOJ, USMS, FBI, IC, Courier), scheduling security briefings and debriefings, performing security self-checks, analyzing situations and organization/office needs to determine best practices, creating and maintaining security operating procedures (SOP), providing input on security compliance, disseminating emergency notices, attending meetings on occupant emergency planning, security, policy and planning matters, attending training, and maintaining key control, security containers, and SCIF maintenance for compliance and required combination and hand reader changes, etc.
  • As a team player, I support the Office Manager by ensuring that foreign travel requirements are adhered to, by ensuring staff provide the necessary information from their devices to the Office Manager or DSO, and that their devices are provided with the necessary security patches, backups, and updates to perform efficiently and safely while traveling abroad.
  • Provides administrative and executive support to the Senior Management Division, ensuring the successful flow of paperwork, both fiscal, routine, and expedited.
  • Liaison to the Justice Management Division, and other leadership offices, for administrative support and executive support.
  • Provides administrative support, prepares and drafts memos, letters, reports, SOPs, etc., prepares and maintains records and case files, researches, and supports/assists leadership (with scheduling, travel, official passports, meetings, files, liaison for ODAG to the Executive Support Group, help desk, phone support, etc.).
