Summary

I'm a recent senior at the University of Arkansas with a background in psychology and a strong foundation in logistics, customer service, and sales. Over the past several years, I’ve developed a diverse set of hands-on experiences that reflect both my work ethic and adaptability across a wide range of roles—from managing complex delivery routes and coordinating with drivers at RN Distributors to handling sales operations at Acosta Sales Group and Natural Energy Solutions.

Most recently, I played a key role in the day-to-day logistics operations at RN Distributors, where I planned delivery routes, coordinated directly with drivers, and served as a vital communication bridge between our logistics team and clients like Hank’s Furniture. My work required strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks in a high-pressure environment. Alongside logistics, I’ve had success in customer-facing and leadership roles—from setting appointments and managing territories in door-to-door sales to hosting large-scale events at Pinstack and Metroplex Gymnastics. I've also worked in restaurant delivery and grassroots marketing at iFratelli, and have built a solid foundation in inventory control and customer engagement through my role at Acosta. Whether I’m optimizing delivery efficiency, enhancing the customer experience, or developing outreach strategies, I bring a high level of commitment, professionalism, and energy to every role I take on. I’m passionate about working with people, solving operational challenges, and continuing to grow in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Truck Logistics Specialist

RN DISTRIBUTORS
03.2025 - 05.2025
  • During my time at RN Distributors, following my departure from the University of Arkansas after four great years, I quickly became immersed in the fast-paced world of truck logistics and last-mile delivery operations. RN Distributors operates as a third-party truck logistics company primarily servicing Hank’s Furniture (Rogers), with additional delivery contracts for companies such as Cleo’s Furniture (Fayetteville), Mattress Firm (Rogers), Bedding Mart (Rogers), and La-Z-Boy. In this role, I was responsible for planning and managing daily delivery routes across Northwest Arkansas, with some routes extending into Missouri, Oklahoma, and even as far south as West Fork. My primary objective was to ensure routes were well-organized, efficient, and manageable for delivery drivers. This included analyzing delivery volumes, assigning stops (ranging from 6 to 12+ per route), and confirming each load was within the capacity limits of the delivery trucks. I also worked directly with drivers each morning to prepare them for their routes, often assisting with loading trucks and making sure all deliveries were accounted for. To support daily operations, I obtained my DOT physical, which enabled me to refuel delivery trucks when needed—usually before dispatching my route for the day. In addition to logistics planning, I served as a key communication link between RN Distributors and Hank’s Furniture’s in-house office staff. I handled real-time problem-solving during deliveries, managed customer service concerns, and addressed any delivery or scheduling issues to maintain smooth operations between both organizations. This hands-on experience allowed me to develop strong skills in route optimization, logistical coordination, and professional communication—all while gaining insight into the daily operational needs of a multi-client distribution network.

Delivery Driver

Ifratelli
06.2024 - 08.2024
  • During my time at Ifratelli, I was responsible for overseeing the timely dispatch of deliveries, ensuring all orders were fulfilled promptly. I managed inventory, monitoring stock levels to ensure the restaurant was well-equipped for the week’s operations. Additionally, I developed and implemented marketing strategies targeting nearby businesses, aimed at driving sales and increasing brand visibility in the local community.

Sales Associate

Acosta Sales Group
09.2023 - 06.2024
  • At Acosta Sales Group, I was responsible for the setup and breakdown of the Fresh Meat and Seafood department at Sam's Club in Springdale, Arkansas. I managed inventory to ensure all products were fresh and within their designated sell-by dates, overseeing the disposal of expired items. I also handled inventory control within the large freezer, printing accurate labels to maintain proper product documentation. Additionally, I engaged directly with customers, utilizing my product knowledge to provide assistance and drive sales by answering inquiries and offering recommendations.

Appointment Setter

Natural Energy Solutions
09.2022 - 06.2023
  • During my time with Natural Energy Solutions as an Appointment Setter, I gained valuable experience in door-to-door sales. I developed a comprehensive understanding of the sales process, with a focus on building strong, authentic connections with potential customers. I learned how to leverage mutual connections to establish rapport, a critical step in gaining trust and engagement. Additionally, I honed my ability to guide conversations in a way that set up opportunities for closing, while maintaining a balance of professional dialogue and personal connection. I also recognized the importance of repetition in mastering techniques and improving effectiveness. Furthermore, I gained experience in managing assigned territories or 'hoods,' which referred to specific neighborhoods, ensuring efficient and targeted outreach. This role provided me with foundational skills in sales strategy, customer relationship management, and territory organization.

Party Host

Pinstack
02.2018 - 07.2020
  • At Pinstack, I was responsible for ensuring that all children received their bowling shoes and socks in a timely manner. I communicated with parents to customize the setup of party rooms according to their preferences, ensuring a seamless experience. I also worked in Group Services, managing corporate events and large parties, as well as assisting with adult gatherings. In both roles, I was tasked with food service, ensuring that the experience met or exceeded customer expectations. Additionally, I maintained the cleanliness of party rooms between events and ensured that all game cards were activated, distributed, and accompanied by clear instructions on how to use them.

KNO Staff, Camp Counselor, Office staff and Party Host

Metroplex Gymnastics
09.2017 - 11.2019
  • At Metroplex, I held four distinct roles. From August to May, I worked as a Kids' Night Out (KNO) coordinator, where I was responsible for overseeing children's activities from the time they were dropped off until pick-up around midnight. This included ensuring all children were fed, explaining gym rules, checking kids in and out, and monitoring the front gym, back gym, and outdoor areas alongside the team. As a Party Host, I facilitated birthday parties for children at the gym, handling room setup and takedown, coordinating with parents, and managing cake service to ensure a seamless celebration. In my Office role, I ensured all necessary paperwork, including waivers, was completed and logged accurately. I also kept records of children's attendance, processed payments, ensured snacks were distributed as per parents’ instructions, and maintained safety standards for equipment and activities. Additionally, I was responsible for registering children into the system and providing assistance to parents by answering any questions. During the summer months, I transitioned to a Camp Counselor position, where I worked with a team to manage daily schedules and supervise children in classrooms, ensuring a safe and engaging environment.
