• Created and collaborated multiple data systems to manage waste, tool information, production part information, and more. (Regrind Dashboard, Resin Map, Muv 2.0, etc).

• Leading and designing the Engels departments hand tool project.
• Reduced our "Engel" department's monthly scrap from $61,000 in 2021 to $47,000 a month in 2022
• Lead and designed a TAVS (Table Auto Vacuum System) that recycled misaligned components in assembly operations.
