Donovan Lovett

The Martin Lab looks at how crystals grow and nucleate to support the Transition Zone Theory and provide mathematical relationships for future applications. Working with under a research mentor, I use a computer program to develop vector lines to measure how a crystal grows at various times and develop different graphs to support the Transition Zone Theory.

• Instructed the chemistry and nuclear science merit badges to classes of at least 20 scouts every day.
• Handled multiple tasks to keep the camp in working condition.
• Acted as an intermediate between troops and the camp to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Prepared sandwiches for customers while ensuring satisfaction and cleanliness.
• Prepared vegetables, meats, bread, and baked goods to keep the sandwich ingredients stocked and fresh.
• Cleaned dishes and tools daily to make sure all equipment was in sanitary and working conditions.
• Cleaned the dining room daily to ensure a sanitary place to eat for customers.
