  • Marathon refinery hires different contractors from different states to come clean and do maintenance on the refinery. My duties included, but are not limited to:
  • Collecting information from the contractors like driver's license, social security number, and forms that had to be filled out to check and see if the contractor completed their drug test, background check, and orientation.
  • I then input the information that was given, if it was completed, into a system called the lenal. After I input the information in the lenal system, I then take a picture of the contractor, make the badge, and collect the information for them to get parking passes. I used two computers, one just for the lenal and the other for the wiz, for my appointments, one to make liberes numbers, and for excel and check there disa.

  • Entry data, as far as communicating with different departments within the company, to let them see what I have done so far or waiting on to complete the claim to be closed out.
