  • This building has two Chiller Plants with the capability of providing 1200 tons of cooling per plant.
  • I perform daily Chiller Plant Tours in which I logged the chillers, check the operation of the Chilled & Condenser water pumps along with the Cooling Tower Fans and Sump levels.
  • I was also required to monitor the Building Energy Management System via the Siemens Insight program.
  • I perform service and maintenance on Trane 2-Pipe AHUs, Trane WSHPs and Liebert CRAC units.
  • I provide service to PIUs, VAVs and TUs.
  • The current position held requires plumbing repairs on faucets, valves, water closets, urinals and water fountains.
  • I perform electrical repairs and service including trouble shooting circuits, lights, ballasts, outlets and circuit breakers.
  • I assisted the Engineering Team with the monthly testing of the Fire Pumps and Emergency Stand-By Generators along the ATS.
  • I was responsible for Hot Work Permits and disarming the Fire Alarm Panel.
  • I addressed all customer requests in an attentive timely manner and maintained a good working relationship with the Vendors.
  • Took the Lead in an Energy Saving Project - Installed Motion Sensor Lighting Wall Switches in 28 Mechanical Rooms.
  • Took the Lead in the Chiller Plant Safety Project - Installed a PPE Station in both Chiller Plants, providing Ear, Eye and Hand protection along with LOTO Gear.

  • I was task to provide with service and preventative maintenance on various types of HVAC equipment such as Rooftop units, WSHP units, 2Pipe and 4Pipe AHUs, Liebert CRAC units, Powered Mixing Boxes, VAV boxes, PIU boxes and Cooling Towers.
  • The equipment was monitored by the Siemens Insight BMS program.
  • Position held required weekly testing of Fire Pumps and monthly test of Emergency Stand-By Generators.
  • Plumbing repairs including faucets, valves, water closets, urinals, and water fountains.
  • There were electrical repairs and service including trouble shooting circuits, lights, ballasts, outlets, and breakers.
  • Took the Lead in the replacement of two 30hp Cooling Tower Fan Motor at The Delta Midfield Support Facility.
