  • IT Audits – Worked with 270 Bio IT Security officer, OPS IT team members, and IT Audit vendor to gather needed documentation and coordinate meetings and working sessions
  • Service Now implementation – As part of Bluebird Bio and 270 Bio split, worked with Service Now partner (CDI) and 270 Bio IT teams to implement a new Service Now instance for 270 Bio. This included Incident Management, Change, Knowledge Base, catalog items, request forms, CMDB process updates and imports, as well as legacy records imports for audit purposes
  • Blue Mountain on prem to Cloud migration (https://www.coolblue.com/) – Migrated a lab equipment management solution from an on-premises solution to a Cloud based solution. Worked with internal team, vendor, and QA team to ensure GXP compliance.
  • Server domain migration and “cleanup” – As part of the company split (Bluebird Bio and 270 Bio) it was necessary to separate the domains, migrate servers to correct domain, retire unneeded servers, as well as migrate applications. This involved working with various business units, Lab managers and the network team
  • Rees upgrade and node moves – Working with vendor and internal resources to facilitate the version upgrade as well as node consolidation
  • Service Now Improvements – worked with the business to build out new forms and workflows to ensure audit and GXP compliance as well as drive towards more efficient workflows
