Main Activities: Wash dishes, kitchen, equipment or utensils for food preparation using dishwasher or by hand; maintain kitchen work areas, equipment or utensils in clean and orderly condition; placing clean dishes, utensils or kitchen equipment in storage areas; sort and remove trash, placing it in designated areas for collection; store and transfer supplies to service stations, refrigerators, storage and work areas; clean kitchen equipment and other equipment used in the stewarding department; set up banquet tables, sweeping, and other assigned cleaning duties.
