Collect and package all products into the appropriate quantities and packaging materials

Monitor production quantity throughout runs, ensuring products are within established standards and specifications, and report non-compliant products to supervisor
Attend regularly scheduled team meetings to review and outline machine and production safety, new customers, customer requirements and implement shift/production changes
Perform all duties necessary to meet company and/or government requirements/standards as prioritized by the company, HACCP, and SQF
Report all food safety and quality issues to management personnel
Complete and submit Production Report accurately and in its entirety at end of each shift
