I have over five years of customer service experience and currently work for the Arizona Cardinals Football Club in Guest Experience. Additionally, I serve as the Sales Manager at Wash the City and am a Program Development Specialist Intern for the College of Business at Grand Canyon Education.
My skills span communications, finance, leadership, and marketing. In 2022, I won 3rd place in Arizona, competing in Graphic Design for FBLA, which led to me competing at the national level after that.

As a Guest Experience Associate for the Arizona Cardinals Football Club, my main role would involve ensuring that fans and guests have a positive and memorable experience during game days and events. I'm responsible for assisting fans with inquiries, providing information about the stadium, helping with ticketing and seating, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. Overall, my role would focus on creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests attending the games.
A Junior Program Development Specialist is responsible for assisting in creating and developing new academic programs. We collaborate with various departments to ensure programs meet the needs of students and align with the institution's goals. We are also working on reviewing and improving existing programs. Additionally, we give tours to potential students, showing them the campus and giving information about their specific degrees. Phone strategies are also a big part of the job, calling high school students and giving them more information about Grand Canyon University and the different majors students are interested in.
