Took over after hrs phone lines for tow companies had to input info to the proper company call the drivers with all call info also took calls from police agencies all over the country and local departments and dispatched tow trucks from different companies which had to be dispatched quickly and efficiently needed to make sure you knew what companies needed to be called with specific instructions and size of tow trucks were needed and what their service areas were put all info into each companies software
