• Acute care clinical rotation: Kindred Hospital of the Palm beaches, FL Kindred hospital is a long-term acute care hospital that provides aggressive, specialized interdisciplinary care to complex patients who require extended recovery time. Under the supervision of an RN, I performed complex wound care, pulmonary care – Ventilator management, administer medications, basic patient care as well assisted with end of life care.
• Geriatric care clinical rotation: Coral Bay Health Care and Rehabilitation Center. In the clinical setting, I have experience in assessments, nursing diagnosis and interventions, and medication administration. Also, experience with tracheostomy care, wound and burn care, assisted with NG tube insertion, cast, traction, and pin care.
