While working as a Shop from Home associate at Shop Rite of Mt. Laurel, I expedited customer orders taken from a hand held device. I picked the requested items, returned to the Shop from Home department and contacted customers regarding unavailable items and suggested substitutions. I bagged the items according to whether they were refrigerated or frozen and stored them in the appropriate units. When an order was complete, I went on to the next until all orders were filled during my shift. I worked quickly but carefully to ensure customer satisfaction while working collaboratively with my co workers.
