I began my working career in 1980 as a Secretary and throughout the years I have proven to any employer that I can take on any challenge given to me and succeed. I am self-taught and earned my current position as HR Manager by being a hardworking, conscientious and compassionate human resources professional with drive for helping employers recruit, develop and retain qualified candidates. Skilled at partnering with management teams to build employee-centric cultures promoting positive morale and optimizing productivity. Motivating and positive with excellent interpersonal, coaching and communication skills. Created a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Playbook and trained HR managers throughout the organization to implement at all sites. I'm currently creating a training program for new managers called Leadership at the Core and will begin Sept. 2022.
