  • A significant aspect of my position was conducting audits to verify compliance and detect any potential discrepancies. These audits spanned multiple areas including documentation, random drug screenings, invoicing, payroll, GPS vehicle tracking, credit card statements, fuel card statements, and other relevant domains. By performing these audits I was able to identify any instances of unnecessary spending or employee misconduct, allowing us to address these issues promptly and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • Recruiting candidates for available positions. This involved scheduling and conducting interviews to assess the suitability for each applicant in the role in which they were applying for. I also ensured the successful candidate received the necessary training and possessed the required qualifications for their new position.
  • A critical aspect of my HR functions is addressing staff issues and problems. When necessary, I held employees accountable for their actions and took disciplinary measures to maintain a high standard of performance and integrity within the organization.
  • When an employee chose to leave or was terminated, I conducted exit interviews to gather feedback, retrieve company assets such as sensitive documentation, client information, uniforms, equipment, electronics, credit cards and any other items owned by the company, and document any concerns or suggestions for improvement.
