I worked at Southern Food Service for 22 years! helped plan menus for the week! Help with breakfast menu! I was over the lunch menu. Made sure that everything was cooked on the lunch line. I came in early mornings to prep for my meal for the day! Also managed night shift during our outages. I prepared meals for 500 plus people per day.
