I worked at Southern Food Service for 22 years! helped plan menus for the week! Help with breakfast menu! I was over the lunch menu. Made sure that everything was cooked on the lunch line. I came in early mornings to prep for my meal for the day! Also managed night shift during our outages. I prepared meals for 500 plus people per day. While working at Walmart I was a Department Manager for the Snack bar for 12+ years. I did ordering for all the food and supplies for Snack Bar! I Did inventory as my job duties also! I cooked food, as well as cashier duties at both jobs! I made sure that the places were kept clean and sanitized. Cleaning included sweeping and mopping daily. Making sure that food was stored properly in storage rooms. Vacuum the floors, as well as cleaning windows!
