- Checking the motherboards after the technicians and repair team gets done with them. Just looking the motherboards over making sure everything is good. making sure there is no bent pins. Make sure there is nothing broken or out of place.
- I fix the pins when they are bent. Making sure are caps are put back on so no more pins will come up broken or bent from the machine it goes into to be tested by the technicians or repair team.
- Optimized workflows by continuously evaluating current processes and suggesting improvements where needed.
- Collaborated closely with production teams to identify and resolve recurring issues in the manufacturing process.
- Ever motherboard comes with a traveler with notes on them, serial and pn numbers. To insure that its the serial number that matches the motherboards.
- I pint off QR code stickers that has the serial numbers and pn numbers that matches the traveler and motherboards. Put a new QR sticker on the motherboard.
- I check everything on the motherboard. Then i input information in the computer for 32 or more motherboards a day.
- Adapted quickly to changes in project specifications or priorities while maintaining focus on achieving desired outcomes within tight deadlines.
- I then put them into boxes on a pallet and send them to a warehouse where they will be inspected again and shipped out.
