Dorothy Heidtmann

I am a responsible and detail oriented individual; For some background info, March of last year I was launched 65 feet off the back of a motorbike; i endured a TBI, and broke both hips and my pelvis (keep in mind i was not supposed to pass my junior year of high school) I was on a walker and a wheelchair from March of 2022 until May of 2022; I took summer school in June of 2022 to complete the 2 classes I needed in order to graduate (and walked to the train station everyday), and I passed my junior year of high school. I did my senior internships at the Emergency Department of Norwalk Hospital, and I graduated this June. Over the summer I also took the lead, and I earned my Phlebotomy Certificate from TIA School Of Health in Manhattan. I am now at Rowan University in Glassboro Nj, majoring in Health Sciences. It has been a long, but successful road to get to where I am. I am very head-strong, I'm a reliable and hard worker, and I'm very ambitious; I believe in taking pride in doing a good job in all tasks assigned to me.
