While working in General Accounting Department in 2005, I assisted our Transportation Department with compiling a survey with general freight billing questions. The survey was then sent to all freight billing personnel at all of our facilities. I gathered the results and summarized all the responses. Based on the results of the survey, the company was able to save $2M for the WOW initiative.
