Training

Institute of Impacted Leaders, Initiate Justice (Spring 2022)

12-week training program designed for people directly impacted by mass incarceration. Participants learn community organizing, how the policy process works in California, how to change statewide laws, and how to advocate for themselves and their loved ones. Graduates become Initiate Justice Outside Organizers who help lead the work through member action committees.


Organizing for Power, Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung (Fall 2020, Spring 2022) 

The program emphasizes skill development through a Core Fundamentals training. This training equips participants with the knowledge to construct organized majorities that can achieve tangible successes through strategic campaigns.
