Audit customer purchase orders for compliance with customer agreements,
programs and policies.
Process sales through John Deere’s systems to enable accurate and timely
dealer settlements and credits, along with invoicing to end use customer
Provide dealer channel & field team support and assistance with problem
resolution and interpretation of policy and programs
Engage with dealers to communicate and support unique procedures associated
with quoting and submitting direct sales to CBD
Build dealer and customer relationships through professional communication via
phone, and/or occasional personal visits and trade shows
Contribute feedback and ideas towards continuous process improvements to
assist transactional efficiencies
Ability to support other CBD & Government Sales business segments if needs arises.
