LEAD Filipino 3rd Annual Leadership Summit 2019, Organizer and Tabling Outreach Coordinator. As an organizer, I was in charge of coordinating with up to 15 organizations to table at our leadership summit that was held on March 23rd, 2019, hosting 150+ female participants. Since my addition to the organizing team in January, I have shadowed other organizers to learn about organizing and SMART goal planning. Using some graphic design skills, I was also in charge of creating 23 table center-pieces with full biographies and trivia. Additionally, I was in charge of social media platforms to promote the event. I was later teamed up with a senior organizer to create surveys outlining possible areas for overall improvement and feedback for the following year's summit.

Projects

As an Organizer and Tabling Outreach Coordinator for the LEAD Filipino 3rd Annual Filipino Women's Leadership Summit in 2019, I spearheaded coordination efforts with 15 organizations to ensure their participation in our March 23rd event, hosting over 150 female participants. Since joining the organizing team in January, I shadowed experienced organizers, gaining insight into effective event planning and SMART goal strategies. Leveraging self-taught graphic design skills, I crafted 23 visually appealing table centerpieces featuring comprehensive biographies and engaging trivia. Additionally, I actively promoted the summit on various social media platforms. Collaborating with a senior organizer, I played a key role in developing surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for enhancement in future editions of the annual event.
