I believe that coaching is more than just what occurs within the game. I believe the game of tennis affords us an opportunity to develop life lessons and life skills that will benefit the individual athlete for years to come. Success is not only defined by wins and losses but more so by the development of discipline, hard work, honesty, respect and the ability to successfully deal with success and failure.
