Member of Weekend to Remember speaking team. Assigned 3-4 weekend conferences a year at various cities around the country.

Primary role is to connect with audience via personal stories, humor as we take them through the marriage workbook.

• Lead teaching pastor. Teaching 3 of 4 Sundays a month. Creating sermon series and coordinating with worship pastor for Sunday service flow.
• Vision casting: Primarily responsible for setting vision for church.
• Shepard staff of 6 full time and 3 part time staff
• Discipling: Next generation of lay leaders as well as other teaching pastors.
• Elder: One of 6 Elders
• Primary Vision casting for new church facility. Lead the “All In” Capital Campaign that purchased and redesigned old Kohler building into 45,000 sq ft church space
• Officiated weddings, funerals as well as baptisms, premarital counseling, and initial counseling assessment

• Provided spiritual care through visitation, counseling, and prayer.

• Led outreach and discipleship strategy as the church grew.

• Evangelism and Discipleship on the college Campus we were assigned.
• Led summer mission trips state side and international.
• Biblical teaching trainer. CRU’s Communication Center Teacher. Primary responsibility was to train students in preparing biblical messages.
